Our Intake and Repair Process
From the moment you walk in our door we keep you informed of what to expect – in plain English. No technical jargon (unless you want it) – just straight answers.
Walk-in
No appointment necessary. Walk-in any time during business hours and we’ll greet you at the counter. If your situation is urgent – tell us – we will prioritize accordingly.
Free Assessment
Every customer gets a free initial assessment. We’ll review the problem with you and determine the next steps within minutes – no cost, no strings, no obligation.
Intake – if needed
For mover involved problems, we will write up a work order and collect a non-refundable “Intake Fee” ($65+HST). This covers up to 40 minutes of diagnostics and/or repair.
Still not fixed?
If your computer / laptop can’t be repaired within 40 minutes, we will provide a detailed explanation of the problem and a guaranteed quote for any additional time/parts.
To Repair, or not ?
If you proceed with the quoted repairs, the intake fee you paid will go toward the final repair cost. If you decide against repair, you can put the intake fee toward a New or ReCertified computer.
